Scott Anderson team on air on Monday 3rd January 2011!

The Scott Anderson team and their Monster Blackberry and Apple Crumble will be on television in the Monster Munchies programme at 9pm 3rd January 2011 on The Good Food Channel. Brogdale Farm Apple Festival 23rd and 24th October 2010

Home of the National Fruit Collection, Brogdale farm boasts 2,000 varieties of apple alone, making it the "largest living fruit collection in the world". Each October, Brogdale hosts an apple festival — with horticultural talks, fruit-growing advice aplenty, plus cooking demonstrations from local chef, Scott Anderson. Scott was invited to Borough Market in London as Guest Chef in a Cookery Demonstration. Scott demonstrated Cumin Seared Scallops with Wild Rabbit and Pan Fried Halloumi with Apple Relish. Scott Anderson team of 6 make a monster Blackberry and Apple Crumble with two and a half thousand apples

A big well done to Scott Anderson's team of six who worked for 24 hours to make a 4 metre long Blackberry and Apple Crumble with 2 and a half thousand apples which they cooked in the ground over fire!

UKTV Food have chosen Scott Anderson Ltd as competitors in the Monster Munchies Challenge!

Filming of the Monster Munchies Challenge featuring Scott Anderson Ltd as one of the competing teams will take place on Monday 6th September at Brogdale Farm where the teams will take on the challenge to make the best mammoth Apple & Blackberry Crumbles. Judging will take place on Tuesday 7th September with Matt Dawson presenting the show. The programme will be aired on primetime television during Autumn 2010.
