Private Cookery Lesson - Friday 20 March 2009

Hi Scott,

Just want to send you a big thank you for a wonderful day last Friday. My head is still buzzing from all the info & at last I now know how to use a chefs knife! The canapes went down a treat that evening especially appreciated by my son's close friend who turned up on our door step as a surprise, from Canada. I have washed the towels & whites etc & David will give them to you on Thursday with all the other utensils. You mentioned on Friday you could get me a bottle of that delicious oil, would that still be possible to give it to David on Thursday? Please let me know the cost & I will give David the money on Wednesday evening.
