Dear Caroline. one or two comments from our guests:-
The lunch was truly superb and very, very innovative - one certainly for the record books.
Your hospitality at lunch was unsurpassable. We were most privileged to be entertained at Mount Ephraim and to enjoy your generosity, fine wines and an original, flavoursome and delightful lunch.
We would also like to thank you and Lesley for entertaining us in your family home with such good food and service from your caterers.
Lunch was delightful. Our warm thanks to you, Lesley and William for hosting a very special occasion in your lovely family house.
Thank you for a magical day at Mount Ephraim on Thursday. Both the food and the wine were perfect for the occasion and we are very very grateful to you for your magnificent hospitality.
For our part we were just delighted with the whole occasion. The trip to Thanet Earth was a huge success. The innovation there is something else and potentially a blue print that will be used on a global basis to grow food for our ever expanding population. This was followed by your excellent food and service which was obviously much appreciated by our guests.
