Hi Caroline,
Sorry I haven't been in touch sooner but I have just been so busy.
Anyway, the reason for contacting you is to pass on my thanks to your good self, Mark, Chef and all the team in supplying the catering for our Refresher Training Day at Ramsgate.
The day was a great success and there were only complimentary comments on not just the food but the quality and standard.
Hopefully we did as much as we could to make is as easy as possible for Mark on the day.
If we have our annual training day in Ramsgate or Ashford next January then I can assure you that your services will be 1st choice for us.
